A very interesting place to visit and challenging too. It just eye opening to see all the exciting and fun things can be done through flickr and other similar web sites. I have went through all the services that provided by flickr, which includes upload, organize and share photos, maps and makes stuff ( includes cards, photos, books, frames and DVDs). They also welcome anyone to support their websites with different programs. I have visit this page and seen some great programs include Flicker Color Pickerm Mappr, Flickr Graph ect.
After my own experiments with Flickr and other sites, I find these kinds of web sites will be a very good support to our public library in the following ways:
- We can introduce these websites to LWEB to add more colour to the session
- We can upload our library's improvements and activities on to Flickr, for people around world to visit us
- Our library can use the different photos in Flickr to uplift our own blog pages.
